Ordering

Je kan één bestelling maken voor meerdere leerlingen van hetzelfde gezin die zelfs op verschillende scholen (van dezelfde scholengroep) en diverse richtingen studeren.

Je geeft de bestelling van de eerste leerling in (school, richting en jaar aangeven) en bij het afbeelden van stap 1: "Inhoud winkelmandje", klik je op het logo van de scholengroep links bovenaan het scherm.  Vervolgens kan je opnieuw, school, richting en jaar kiezen.  Je kan deze stappen herhalen totdat je voor je hele gezin de bestelling hebt geplaatst en vervolgens de andere stappen doorlopen.

Are you a first year student? Than you can choose ‘select all’

Did you already follow a course? Then you can add the books you do not have, by selecting the box at the right side.

To be able to follow your course, some books are obligatory. Others are recommended. This information will be put next to the title.

Courses and books that are obligatory, will be used in class and are part of the subject matter for the exams.

Courses and books that are recommended, will be used as reference works. These books can be uses during your education and can be usefull in future. The are not part of the subject matter for the exams.

When you have placed your order it is not possible to change it. if you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us by email. Do not forget to mention your orderID. We will look into the possibilities.

The order has been placed when you have received a confirmation in your mailbox.

Unfortunately we notice that our confirmation mails sometimes get lost in the spambox. When you haven’t received a confirmation, we advise you to check your spambox. When you still can find a confirmation mail yo can contact us. We will check whether your order has been processed.

We are currently trying to find a solution for this problem.

 

Your order will be porcessed within 10 working days. You will get a mail when your order is ready to collect or sent.

The items that are not in stock will be ordered produced the next working day and packed when they are available again.

Your order will be processed the next working day. This means the items that are not in stock will be orderd produced also the next working day.

Within 10 working days you will receive an email to inform you that your order is ready to be collected or to be sent  to the requested delivery address the next working day.

The items in backorder, will be deliverd ASAP.

Our system will process your order and the items in stock will be reserved for you.

On the first working day after our holiday, the 10 working days will start. Within these 10 days we will prepare your order to be delivered or to be collected.

The items that are not in stock will be ordered produced the next working day after the holiday and delivered ASAP.

Nee dat kan helaas echt niet. Ook niet als je er ons een mailtje over stuurt, belt of lief vraagt in het veld van de opmerking. De bestellingen worden verwerkt in volgorde van plaatsing. Dat lijkt erg streng, maar de verwerking is geautomatiseerd en het is niet haalbaar om hier manueel in tussen te komen.
